Elisabeth is co-founder and chief creative officer at Trades of Hope, a multi-million dollar ethical fashion brand creating jobs for women to rise out poverty, trafficking, and gender inequality. She earned her Master’s in Strategic Communications for Social Change and Advocacy, worked with the State Department at the U.S. Embassy in London, and has lived in Washington, D.C. and London. Through her viral reels or 1:1 mentoring, Elisabeth is passionate about women realizing they have permission to pursue their dreams with audacious, unapologetic confidence.

Gretchen is co-founder and CEO at Trades of Hope, motivated by her purpose to create jobs for mothers in areas of extreme poverty so they don’t have to give up their babies to orphanages. Before Trades of Hope, she founded an orphanage and school in Haiti. Her experiences on the ground showed her how business can be used to create social impact. She has channeled her passion and expertise into growing Trades of Hope into a multi-million dollar company that reaches thousands of people around the world.
