COVID-19 has brought a whirlwind of new experiences to everyone. With the fall semester starting soon, virtual recruiting and online interviews can be added to that list. Undoubtedly, recruiting is often one of the most stressful and unpredictable times in a students’ college life - I’ve been there. In this episode, I interview two tech recruiters from MongoDB and Stripe (Emily and Eilis). They answer my questions about the current remote working internship/post grad situation, what students can expect, and their top tips for recruiting during a pandemic!.
