This week I am back checking into how I've been navigating 'well rested' especially while navigating a lot of solo parenting days.
Then we dive into parenting basically being continuing to emotionally regulate yourself so you can show up for your child or children when they're losing their shit. Or navigating the fullness of life.
The more you can emotionally support yourself is the more you can show up as a stable base for your children. Or repair when you get it wrong.
Which of course, comes back to being a well-rested mother.

- how my perception of intimacy has shifted after becoming a mother & how this mindset shift has positively impacted my life.
- the importance of shifting 'everything taking away from me' to what is 'life giving me'.
