Ricky Nuttall is a firefighter most notably known for fighting the Grenfell fire. I first saw Ricky doing a talk at a live show of another podcast, and myself along with the entire audtiorium were completely blown away by what Ricky had been through. When he isn't bravely fighting fires and saving lives, Ricky gives keynote speeches and talks based on his own post-fire experience, and how the events of that night led him to an incredibly harrowing and dark place. 

Ricky uses his story to help other servicemen and women suffering from mental health battles as a result of their job, as was made evident during his time on SAS: Who Dares Wins. 

Ricky was incredibly honest, open and candid in this episode.
