After years of only dreaming about having a morning routine, I finally nailed one that I love ~ in ten steps. 

In this episode, I talk walk you through my self-care productive morning routine step by step. Not only will you know exactly what I eat every morning, or what I choose to drink, you may even come up with some new additives to implement into your own routine. Remember, it only takes 33 days to create a habit. Find a routine that works for you, be consistent with it, and you may find yourself as excited as I am to wake up at 5:00 am every morning (even on the weekends, no hate)!
