On the Hero's Journey, every hero and heroine must cross into the Belly of the Whale -- the figurative cave or Underworld where they are transformed and reborn. The blocks and false stories we find in the shadows we can transmute to the light to get out of our own way and live our most authentic, best version of ourselves and manifest our dream reality.
