Don't try to change everything all at once

  • Pick one shift that hit you the hardest
  • Start small and notice when you're focusing on the old pattern
  • Be patient! This shit takes time to become natural

  • Daily questions for each shift from today

    • Smaller to Stronger: How can I build strength today?
    • Fear to Possibility: What becomes possible if I go for it?
    • Gap to Progress: What progress can I acknowledge right now?
    • Fitting in to Belonging: How can I show up as myself today?
    • Numbing to Processing: How can I feel what's here AND support my future?

    The practice

    • Morning: Which focus am I choosing today?

    • Midday: Am I focusing on what serves me or what keeps me stuck?

    • Evening: How did shifting my focus change my day?
