Freezing your eggs can be such an intimidating process. From confronting your own fertility to injecting yourself without a medical degree, it's an intense process.

But for many women, including myself, the option to freeze our eggs is not something we're willing to pass up. Now that I'm nearing the end of my egg freezing journey, I want to be transparent about the process.

There are things no one tells you. The injections burn, the hormones are intense, and I think everyone has a right to know what they're in for. You don't need to spend hours scouring blogs to prepare yourself - I've got it all laid out for you here.

With all that being said, it's so worth it. There are some really cool, rewarding parts of the process. I personally loved being able to watch as my eggs grew. That's just not something you see everyday! And I have a newfound peace of mind about the future of my fertility and that's priceless to me.
