5 Signs of Emotional Self Harm

Listen Later

What is self harm? Self harm, also known as self injury, is deliberately hurting your own body, such as cutting or burning, in a way to cope with emotional pain, intense anger or frustrations. But what about emotional self harm, also known as invisible forms of self harm?

Through this video, we explore these hidden forms of self harm, offering valuable insights into the psychological impact they can

have on individuals. By recognizing the warning signs and understanding the dangers, we can begin to address and prevent self harm effectively. The goal of this video is to break the stigma surrounding self harm and pave the way for healing and understanding.

DISCLAIMER: If you know someone who may be self harming or if you're concerned about your own well-being or that of a loved one, it's important to be aware of the signs and seek appropriate help.
