5 Signs Your Body Is Screaming for Help (Not Another Diet)

Listen Later

Most of the women I work with come to me for weight loss. But weight is never the real problem. It's always the symptom.

And the real problem has been building for years, while every diet you've tried addressed the exact opposite of what would actually fix it.

📌 I have designed a process to help women who have repeatedly tried to lose weight with no lasting results.

❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: Why do I keep gaining weight even though I'm eating less than I did five years ago?
A: This is not a discipline problem. Inflammatory gut bacteria — which multiply over years of dieting, stress, and hormonal shifts — extract extra calories from the same food you eat.  (1:45)

Q: I've eliminated gluten, dairy, and other foods, but my digestion still rotates between bloating, constipation, and reflux. Why?
A: Rotating symptoms that don't follow a clear, food-specific pattern indicate systemic dysbiosis — a whole-microbiome imbalance — rather than a single food sensitivity. (3:31)

Q: My cravings feel like compulsions. I finish a meal and want sugar within an hour. Is that a willpower problem?
A: No. It's bacterial signaling. The microbes in your gut communicate with your brain through the gut-brain axis, and they send signals specifically designed to make you crave the foods they need to survive — usually sugar and refined carbohydrates. (7:10)

Q: I feel exhausted even after 8 hours of sleep, my mood is unpredictable, and I wake up at 2 a.m. Are these connected?
A: They are the same problem with three expressions. Your gut bacteria produce approximately 90% of your serotonin.  (9:58)
