The cultivation of specialty coffee is essentially different from that of commercial coffee. Why is this shift originating? As consumers are we asking for much better quality beans or have we been more conscious about our decisions. There is a huge shift in the consumers perspective.

In this podcast, we try to throw some light on the Specialty Coffee Farming. Komal from South Indian Coffee Company has been a coffee planter, exporter and importer of specialty green coffee. Her goal is to showcase Indian Coffee on the world map.
