What are the 5 stages:
1. Attraction- what this is and what does it mean? How can this happen?
2. Conflict. There will always be differences but can you live with them. What are your boundaries? Do they have the same goals for your relationship?
3. Resolution or Dissolution. Are you willing to make it work or do you want to give it up. This is the make or break decision time when you decide if it's worth having long term.
4. Working it out and Long Term Commitment. This takes effort of both parties and you will continue to discover each other's fault. If you continue to work it out and make the effort, you enter this phase of the relationship.
5. Commitment. A proven commitment to working it out has been made and there is sustainability. This is greatly determined by your practice of communication.
