Narrowing down your niche or target market is super important to your business at the start.  As a coach we want to help everyone and make a big difference.  However, if you don't start by narrowing your focus then you are going to make growth harder because you will be spread so thin. 

In this episode I discuss the 5 steps to narrowing down your niche or target market as:

1) Figuring out your passions
2) What problem will you solve?
3) What is your competition doing and not doing?
4) Is it profitable?
5) Test out your idea
