Steph and I got to interview Tanya Shyika! Tanya is an Illustrator and Multidisciplinary Designer based in NYC. She specializes in editorial and product illustration, digital and print design, packaging design, illustrated maps, book covers, and social media content. Basically just a very well-rounded amazing artist.

She's worked with clients like The New Yorker Magazine and  Primary.com and been featured on CreativeBoom and BuzzFeed just to name a few... Today we're going to be talking about how she went from getting a bachelors in electrical engineering to getting a second degree studying illustration in Berlin to then becoming the amazing illustrator and designer that she is today in New York! One of my favorite things we talk about in this episode is consistency and how whenever you stick to something it pays off, we also talk about cold emailing, Tanya shares some awesome resources for figuring out pricing and tells us about some really exciting projects she has going on. Tanya is just the sweetest and I know you're going to love her as much as we do!
