I remember when I posted my first blog back in early 2018. I did it the midst of full shame of what I allowed a man to put me through but I knew that my story would be healing for me AND other women. ⁣

⁣I didn’t know then I would create Single You but 𝙄 𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙖 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝. I knew that sharing my story and pushing aside shame, was the formula. ⁣
