Things take a turn for the serious this week. But we want you to know, you aren’t alone (in a non-creepy way for once).
We’ll be back next week with our regularly scheduled programming, but we wanted to take a moment this week and talk about a movement that is near and dear to our hearts. We love you all and hope you’re staying safe out there.
Loren is up and bringing our attention to Take Back The Night.
Take Back The Night is the earliest worldwide movement to stand against sexual violence, especially violence against women. During this period of isolation, cases of domestic violence are becoming more frequent, and we want you to know you aren’t alone. 1 in 3 women worldwide experience some form of sexual violence or intimate partner violence. 1 in 6 men experience sexual violence. Less than 50% of victims report these crimes.
Wait to Panic is a weekly podcast where two longtime friends take turns sharing stories that just might make your skin crawl. If you like what you hear and want more, give us some love and come back each Sunday for our newest episode! Next week, Anastasia makes us question if the boogeyman is fact or fiction with a series of chilling disappearances from Staten Island.
Make good choices and remember, Wait to Panic!
