Now with his hands on a Wattbike Atom, and a member of the Atom Racing Team as a Zwift Power A Category rider having improved from a starter to a contender, these are his rants, grunts and comments for any other 40-somethings or older getting accustomed to the world of virtual indoor cycle training.

Did I mention that Daz has lost 10kg since February through Zwift ?
