Over 4 million people in the US deal with fibromyalgia, yet no one really understands what it is. When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a couple years ago, doctors would tell me it was an “umbrella diagnosis” because they weren’t really sure what I was dealing with. Although fibromyalgia is an invisible disorder it’s very much real.
In this episode I express my thoughts on dealing with it in the mist of a flare up and feeling like a superhero even when my body feels like damsel in distress.
