Hi everyone! It's another Friday, and another amazing conversation with one of my closest friends at the University of Washington, Andoni Telonidis.
From Utah, Andoni came down to Southern California to stop by JUST to get an episode in for you all. I know, I know...how nice of him. Specifically, we discuss the notion of success and address our personal experiences through high school and how this notion has been modified through our first year in college.
Sometimes "feeling successful" depends on the grades showcased on your report card, buying your dream car, feeling happy all the time, or even just making your parents happy. But it's helpful to take the time to dive deep and unravel the unhealthy, subconscious patterns in which we sometimes confuse "success" for external validation.
It's truly one of those discussions that once you start, it's so difficult to end it, just as we showcase on this episode.
I hope you enjoy!!
