I actually got my lens polished with an experience recently. I became more aware that to every response or reaction we have to a situation or person, there is a driver that we cannot see at work. That driver is also the reason behind how we handle the idea / concept of failure. I'll be sharing how I handled the situation when it occurred and why it is important to see failure correctly.
