This week I’m sharing with you five things I’m doing to help me feel really good in my life. I think my word of the year is “intention,” because the intention we take our actions with is more important than the actions we take. My intention this year is to be securely grounded in who I am and what is important to me, and these five things have been helpful for me moving the needle towards the fulfillment of that intention.
