Motivation is THE ONE thing most people seem to struggle with when it comes to... change!
It doesn't really matter what we are trying to change, we can get all hyped and go all in for the first few days and then... we give up! Why?
Well, there are many reasons, one of them is trying to change for THE WRONG reason, another is not acknowledging the progress we are making, no matter how small! And today we are talking all about that!
