The most affected profession by the layoffs is talent acquisition professionals. Ediana then provides five tips for those that have been laid off. She suggests they create a list of companies they want to work for, update their resume and LinkedIn profile, create a plan of action, network, and be patient. She emphasizes that it is important to remember that being laid off is no fault of their own and that everyone is in the same boat.
