5 Tips for Prioritizing on the MedSurg Floor for all my fellow nurses.

1. Come to work 15 min before your shift.

2. Utilize your 4 color pen for admits, D/C, transfers & passing meds.

3. Collaborate with other medical staff

4. Communication is key and report off well.

5. Dont overwhelm yourself and ask for assistance.
