In this solo episode, I go over my personal 5 tips for muscle recovery. As a bodybuilder, competitor and personal trainer I am lifting weights 6 days a week. On top of that, doing cardio 2x a day. Without a recovery plan and tracker it’s not possible for me to always give 100% in everything I do. Same goes for everyone. We need to make sure our own cup in full before we pour into others.
