Things I learned:

• Always double check which mic it's recording into. There's an irony in this episode: I was told that I was using the mic incorrectly so I fixed the positioning in the last recording which actually made it sound worse. I talk about how "it'll sound better now" because I fixed it. The best part is that I realized later on that it was recording through the internal microphone (through the laptop) because I had changed it the other day for something else. Jokes on me. It's a 36 minute recording that I was actually happy about and there is absolutely zero chance I can re-record that whole stream of consciousness so here it is.
• Letting go of a "mistake" (the mic), not dwell, beat myself up about it, or be upset about it not being "perfect"
