Im joined by a very special person Uossy Atytalla who is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to navigating through chaos and crisis! Uossy has a special ability to see and navigate effectively through the chaotic world in which we live. Fusing her degrees in both Law and Psychology, Uossy combines traditional practices with western science, specifically psychological Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT ) techniques, Human Design analysis, Ashtanga Yoga, as well as other modalities and ancient rituals. She guides her clients towards self-motivated personal development and self-healing, developing a toolbox of techniques and coping mechanisms. 

Uossy's goal is to to support you in de-programming your mind so that you may access the truth of your soul, empowering you to be who you came to be. A great believer in looking within, Uossy will challenge you to go inward while giving you a safe space to develop self-inquiry, mindfulness and self-acceptance using her motto “Look within because the only way out, is in.”
