Who Can Relate?

5. "Vulnerable Renaissance Men" with Duke Ihenacho

Listen Later

In this weeks episode, Duke and I sit down and talk about what it is to be vulnerable as a man. What that looks like, feels like and how much it's benefited our relationships. As Men, we’re taught to never show our emotions or express our feelings. Because of this, often times, our feelings and emotions turn into ego & anger, instead of simply saying, “I’m hurt” or “I’m sad.” The goal in this episode, is to show Men that vulnerability is a path to victory, not weakness. That it’s essential in order to have a successful relationship. It's a new day for the renaissance man and Duke & I are here to lead the movement!
