Mood shifts are normal. And while I know that just saying that doesn't solve anything, in this episode I suggest 5 ways to CHEER yourself up. I even created an acronym for it! You guessed it, the word I chose for the acronym is "CHEER".

I've been feeling crummy lately and CHEER has helped me. I hope it will help to lift your mood and cheer you up a bit as well.
