Self-awareness is one of the most talked about words and concepts in the healing space right now. From how to be more self-aware to what hinders us from being self-aware, it can cause a lot of us to ask ourselves the question, “How much do I know myself?” And if we don’t know the answer to that question, it can bring up a lot of shame as we look around to see the perception of other people knowing about themselves when we don’t.
