Self-awareness is one of the most talked about words and concepts in the healing space right now. From how to be more self-aware to what hinders us from being self-aware, it can cause a lot of us to ask ourselves the question, “How much do I know myself?” And if we don’t know the answer to that question, it can bring up a lot of shame as we look around to see the perception of other people knowing about themselves when we don’t. 

In this solo episode, I’m sharing five tools that have helped me garner a better understanding of myself and that have given me permission to dive deeper into who I am.
