This past 18 months has seen anxiety disorders sky rocket.
I remember when I first experienced anxiety, I was convinced it was CoVid. I had such a tight chest, it was sore. I struggled to walk the dog and even walking up the stairs would make me out of breath.
Now I know that it was actually anxiety and as I deal with my dad's deterioration with cancer, anxiety is something I experience on a daily basis. BUT IT NO LONGER CONTROLS ME.
In this episode, I want to share 5 tips to manage and reduce your anxiety - and from a Mind, Body, Soul perspective. I know that there will be one tiny step in here that you can use in your day to day life to help you.
In the episode I share a breathing technique - I've recorded a more comprehensive video here.. it's still less than 5 minutes so be sure to give it a watch. Find it at www.yourrichlife.co.uk...scroll down a little way
