This week we our focus is on Mental Health!
While there are many things we can take on in order to positively impact our mental health, sometimes the path towards an aligned inner self involves getting rid of old habits and thought patterns that no longer serves us.
In this video, we will be discussing 5 core attitudes, thoughts and values that serve to harm our mental health more than help. Join in on the discussion and I challenge you to change at least two of these habits in the the next 90 days. Be sure to let us know the outcome (we'll be rooting for you!)
