In this week's episode, Pree discusses what to do if you are struggling with anger. We all know what anger is and we’ve all experienced it in some capacity, whether at a mild or intense level. Anger is an emotion that is completely normal, but when it gets out of control, it can become toxic and destructive and can lead to problems in your relationships, work or impact the overall quality of your life. By becoming aware of how anger affects you, learning new ways to cope with anger and having a plan to handle your anger when you are triggered, you will be better able to manage anger more effectively.
