Recently I did a video about the TOP updates that can be done to increase the resale value of a home. It wasn't until I began sharing that list (and video) with people and they started asking, "If there's a top list, does that mean there's a bottom list?" GREAT QUESTION!!

After doing some research and talking with experts in the field; I've compiled this list of WORST upgrades to a home that may hinder or decrease the desire (and potentially value).
