Before I ever launched SITB, I knew I had to find my "Why". It didn't take me long to realize that I wanted to start a podcast to make an impact. 5 years later, my "Why" hasn't changed one bit.

I know I'm not even halfway to where I want to be but I do know I have made an impact on so many people. The guests, the fans, and myself.
