Emma’s journey has led her to be the founder and CEO of The Recovery Foundation a registered charity set up to help those who are walking in recovery from a mental illness. Emma is an Expert by Lived Experience and a wife and mum to 2 lovely little ones
Emma is also the co founder of the new family mental health magazine called BE, who Inspire and Connect and many of our members are honoured to be featured in.
We discuss in this episode the importance of hope to her recovery and how she now gives that to others.
