And the other thing I learned was what other people think of me is none of my business. And between following those two guidelines, it has literally changed my life. Because I used to think I used to worry what other people thought of me. And it would change how I would respond to things. And I got through with that. And now I don’t care because it’s my life and I’m the only one who has to live it. And I want to live my best life.
