In the process of working on several businesses, one thing that keeps coming up is the throughline of kindness, networking, and how the two have helped me make relationships that have been instrumental in building my businesses. One part of that is trying hard not to burn bridges. The other part is making yourself available to other people – being willing to say "yes" and to help people.
