Lt. Colonel Jennings is currently the Divisional Commander of the Northern Division (Minnesota and North Dakota). He has served in similar appoints in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan as well as Missouri and Southern Illinois. He has served in staff appointments at both divisional and territorial headquarters.
