Luke Likes 'Thank God'

I have this friend, I have this friend that always says, always says, Hmm, can you buy friends? No, you can't. Can you buy love? Well, no, you can't. Definitely you can't. But, thank God, you can buy food. Thank God.

Yeah, I'm not sure, I'm not sure that I'm the same way. but I'm not just a voice on your telephone, I'm not just a voice, I do eat food, I will not surprise you here, I eat food, and I appreciate, appreciate, so I think it is important, I appreciate food.

And maybe it's not the most important part of my life, it isn't, but, obviously, it is a big part. It is a big part.I have four to five meals because that is what, that is what we learn here, that we have to, we have to have many regular but small, regular but small meals. I don't know if it's true. I don't know if it's healthy. I'm not saying that. You choose. You go and see your doctor. You go and ask Google or who you want. I do that.

And the first and the most important for me, but again, this is what I learn, this is what I learn back in school, back in school, and I think a lot of people follow this rule that breakfast, breakfast, I'm talking about breakfast, is the most important meal of the day.

My breakfast starts, most of the days, between seven and eight. And I am very, very regular when it comes to breakfast. So, for me, it has to be light, has to be a little sweet, and has to take little time, has to take little time to prepare. And the perfect meal, perfect meal that fits, fits here, fits here is oatmeal. This is my lovely, fantastic oatmeal. And I will add, I will add that I am a bit of an oatmeal addict, oatmeal addict, so I can't live without it, I can't live, like an addict, because I don't really remember the day without. Yeah, I can't remember the day the last time without oatmeal. There is no day without oatmeal. No day.

Anyway, anyway, oatmeal with nuts, oatmeal with fruit, blueberries, blueberries for me, oatmeal with yogurt, oatmeal with peanut butter. That's all very tasty, all very tasty. And if only I have more time in the morning, I usually don't, if only I have a little more time, I enjoy it very much and take my time, I take my time eating it and enjoying it, yeah.

Alright, then comes lunch, lunch, maybe around twelve, around twelve, and for me, it's maybe a little sad to say, but it is usually scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs for lunch. I like it. I like it. It's quick, it's easy and it has protein, protein that I want, I want. And I like it. Why not?

Then comes dinner, dinner. Usually should be a little earlier, earlier than that, but for me, it's around 5-6pm, 5-6pm. And it can be different every day. Tofu sometimes, pasta sometimes, oh, dumplings for example, dumplings. I love these, dumplings.

I finish the day with the last meal, let's call that supper, the last supper. And for me this must be some yogurt with protein, protein, this important element we get from food, and some fruits, fruits. Yeah, that's lovely. Not a lot, in between. there are obviously sometimes snacks, snacks in between the meals.

I quite enjoy it. I quite enjoy it. Especially when I can spend a little more time eating and enjoying my meal. This is really pleasant. I love that time with the family, at the table, thinking, thank God you can buy food, thank God.

Well, it's your turn now. Embrace the day, people!
