In this episode Megan shares her progress on her wellness journey. Remember wellness is both mental and physical. Megan is learning how to exercise her discipline muscle when it comes to her workout routine because even though she loves a good sweat, she's also a huge procrastinator!

Recently Megan and her daughter have been going to the gym together but the societal focus on fat loss, burning calories and getting abs is frustratrating.
