Today we talk to Shae Potter, an inter-disciplinary cyber security professional, specialising in phishing and threat research. Shae is currently a senior consultant at a big 4 consulting firm, specialising in insider threat search and analysis.

Now based in Sydney, Shae made the leap to a big city from Noosa at only 17, to undertake a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney (https://www.sydney.edu.au/handbooks/archive/2017/arts/subject_areas/political_economic_social_sciences.shtml.html). Shae is proudly shaping her career around growing intersections between cyber security and international relations, drawing on her education in political science and counter-terrorism, with a particular passion for promoting diversity in the tech industry.
