About:
Tim, the founder of bookachoo, a travel company that is revolutionizing the way we explore the world. Based in Spain, Tim is a true transit enthusiast with an unwavering passion for improving the travel experience. His ultimate dream with bookachoo is to save one million flights within the next decade.
But Tim's interests don't stop at travel. He is also an avid language learner, constantly immersing himself in new linguistic adventures. Alongside that, Tim is a devoted soccer fan and has even studied econometrics, showing his diverse range of passions and academic pursuits.
Tim's journey has taken him to central Africa, where he worked with various NGOs in a financial capacity. These experiences not only allowed him to contribute to meaningful causes but also provided ample opportunities for personal growth and reflection.
One of Tim's core beliefs is that life is about exploration and experimentation. Read a few recipes, try a few recipes out but at one moment stop looking at the cooking book and start creating your own recipes. Get really immersed in it. At one moment put them aside, summarize what you get from it and cherry pick from them and create your own recipe. He acknowledges that this process often involves stepping out of one's comfort zone and courageously sharing one's story with the world.
