We're excited to bring to you our 50th episode of Day One Dollar Zero. In the wake of all of the recent stories around politics, the super bowl, and sports icons passing away, we saw a lot of people sharing their opinion on social media. This sparked some thought with and made us start asking the question "Where are people putting their energy?".

If you have an opinion to share, or you see an opposing opinion to your online...do one thing before you respond or react. Try to ask your self if your post or your response is in line with your life mission at the moment, or is it going to distract and potentially derail? 

Protect your thoughts and take your time before voicing an opinion and be careful about where you put your energy.
