TAKE HOME POINTS FROM WINNIE AND JOEL NAPENAS

  1. When you think something is impossible (like planning a wedding in ONE week), just VISUALIZE IT!!!! Same thing with investing in real estate!!!
  2. There is not just one path to accomplish your dreams. You can have multiple passions and multiple things in your life which bring you fulfillment.
  3. It is okay to take a step back and breathe while your spouse handles something.
  4. Believe in your spouse more than they believe in themselves. If you do this, the rewards will be endless. If you can’t do this, ask yourself why? Having a supportive spouse is one of the main things all of us ever want. To have support...be loved...be accepted by the most important person in our lives….It is MUCH easier to reciprocate this after one of you begins it, so it might as well be you... today!

WALK AWAY ASKING YOURSELF

  • How can I start visualizing my impossible goals in my life on a daily basis?
  • How can I encourage my spouse to do what makes them most happy?
  • What is my money mindset?
  • What is my investment mindset?
  • Do I work hard for my money or do I allow my money to work hard for me?
