4 Ways To Achieve Your Goals Your Way

  1. Don’t get caught up in one methodology of starting your day or ending it. Try new things, try new routines and ways of achieving your goals. If you have the goal of working out every day or 5 times a week, you might try getting up early. Maybe that doesn’t work for you. Be flexible and don’t kill yourself attempting to do something in a manner that isn’t suited to you!
  2. Don’t try one thing for a week and then give up. Habits take time to build up, so if you try something new, be sure you’re ready to stick to it. Stay faithful and try it for a minimum of 3 weeks before moving on. Don’t be wishy-washy.
  3. Actually set goals for yourself. If your goal is to start a business and you are trying to do everything that a bodybuilder is doing to get there, then you’re looking in the wrong direction. Sure, the bodybuilder might also be building a business, but in most cases, if you imitate a body builder its because you want some semblance of the physique that they hold.
  4. Fourth and finally, stay flexible. Some days your routine might not work out, some days, you’re going to fail. Even when you’ve been on a routine for months or years, days will come where you aren’t able to reach that goal and because you see that one person doing it consistently, you beat yourself up. Don’t do that, accept that you need to be better and work towards achieving what it is that you want in your life!
