Governor Gary Herbert welcomed the donation of 500,000 masks for Utah’s teachers and students. He discussed the importance of masks, the state’s mortality rate with the virus and plans to return to school in the fall. Lee will walk through what the Governor and Superintendent Dickson said this morning.
