When Amar Latif was first asked to appear on BBC's Master Chef programme, he felt that, as a blind person, it was something he couldn't take part in.

After some thought however, he accepted the challenge and went further than he, or others, thought possible.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Amar to hear about his experience and his desire to change people's outdated attitudes and stereotypes to sight loss.
