Kate Winch is a transformational teacher, EFT tapping practitioner, hypnotherapist, intuitive and Dance teacher. With over 25 years of experience, she works with clients from all over the world to help them release anxiety, fear, money blocks, and emotional patterns that keep them stuck. She also does retreats and VIP days.
Her work supports people in calming the nervous system, shifting subconscious patterns, and letting go of over-control so they can step into more ease, confidence, and alignment. Through EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, intuitive guidance, and embodied practices, Kate helps clients reconnect to themselves, relax and feel safe being seen, and move into a life where they can truly shine, thrive in business and create a life they love.
