Bernie Kosar is a former NFL quarterback and Cleveland Browns legend who led the team to three AFC Championship games in the 1980's. Throughout his post-career, he has faced an array of health issues, including liver cirrhosis, early symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and early-stage dementia. In November 2025, he received a life-saving liver transplant from 21-year old Bryce Dunlap.
